Desert Safari Cancellation & Refund Policy
For shared desert safari tours (morning, evening, or overnight):
- Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable
- No-shows or failure to be present at the pickup location are non-refundable
For private desert safari tours:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
- 50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup
City Tour Refund Policy (Abu Dhabi & Dubai)
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour start time
- 50% refund for cancellations made 12–24 hours before tour start
- No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before tour start
- Late arrivals or missed tours are non-refundable
Attraction Tickets & Third-Party Services
- Attraction tickets, theme parks, events, and special activities are non-refundable once issued
- Refunds are subject to the policies of third-party service providers
- Amazing Travel & Tours LLC is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by third parties
Weather, Safety & Force Majeure
Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or government regulations. In such cases, customers may choose a rescheduled date or receive a full or partial refund, depending on services already provided.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank or payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable

- Accurate pickup details must be provided at the time of booking
- Refunds are not applicable for partially used services
